Camino Real on Stine Road lists $10 specialty margaritas, and Rancho Grande on Ashe Road lists $6 for the regular size.

Food pricing runs even lower. Tacos La Villa on Ming Avenue lists 99-cent tacos on select meats from 2 to 5, weekdays, which is about as far under a dollar as this data goes.
