Two happy hours in one night is a Las Vegas habit, and the listings show it. Pub 365 on East Flamingo Road lists $3.65 rotating drafts from 3 to 6 and again from 10 PM to midnight. CASBAR Lounge runs buy-one-get-one wine and beer at 3 to 5 and once more from 8 to 9. Balla Italian Soul splits its $7 limoncello spritz across a 5 PM seating and a 9 PM one. No other big market in this data reopens its deals that reliably after dark.
The second pattern: the Strip holds the listings, downtown and the Arts District hold the prices. The two halves of Las Vegas Boulevard account for nearly 190 listed windows between them, seven times any other street. But bin 702 at Container Park lists $5 wells with $6 selected wine, Taco Escobar on Fremont Street lists half off all tequila from 3 to 6 daily, and Hop Nuts Brewing on South Main Street lists $5 pints of its golden ale. Out west in Summerlin, Al Solito Posto on South Rampart lists $5 beer and spritzes on weekday afternoons, and Durango Lodge lists $5 domestic pints Monday through Thursday.
Locals' casinos and neighborhood rooms on South Rainbow, South Durango and West Sahara make up most of the rest. Weekend windows are scarce at roughly one listing in ten, and 4 PM is the most common start with 3 PM just behind it.

Off-Strip wins on value. Fremont East, Chinatown (Spring Mountain Road), and Henderson have the genuine local-priced happy hours. The Strip's specials exist but are typically $7+ for "discounted" drinks that aren't discounted by neighborhood standards.
Earlier than most cities — noon and 2 PM windows are common, especially at Strip-adjacent and downtown bars. Many run 11 AM-3 PM "lunch hour" combos with food.
Yes at most casinos — players-club drink discounts apply on top of advertised happy hour pricing, especially for slot/table players. Always ask the bartender to scan your card before ordering.
Other major cities: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Houston.
