Cabel Street Bar in Butchertown lists a dollar off domestic beers and wells. Garage Bar on East Market in NuLu lists $2 off drafts and $2 off wine, and North of Bourbon on Goss Avenue lists $2 off its signature pours in a ninety-minute early window.

Weekends are effectively closed, at about one listing in twenty-four, and the split between a 3 PM and 4 PM open is nearly even.
