Jumpin Shrimp at 1211 opens its window at 8 AM with $5 bloody marys, which is either a beach thing or a fishing thing.

One listing here is built for the weekend rather than around it: Peabody's on 21st Street lists $3.50 on everything, Friday and Saturday, 7 to 9 PM, before the night properly starts.
